Meet Our Attorney
Carmen C. Ulibarri founded our law office in 2005 within months of receiving her Juris Doctorate from Abraham Lincoln School of Law, and passing the State Bar. She has over 32 years of experience in assisting injured workers. Her first job in the legal industry was in the 1980’s managing a workers’ compensation department representing a large HMO collecting payments for medical treatment from workers’ compensation insurance companies. This exposure to the plight of many injured workers moved her. She became an experienced hearing representative advocating for injured workers under a great and compassionate attorney, Mr. Abe Levy. After he passed away, she was determined to become a workers’ compensation lawyer and endeavor to practice law as he did—always with dignity and respect.

Been working 13 years with the Law Office of Carmen Ulibarri and enjoy working for injured workers who come to us to relieve their pain. I have enjoyed working with Carmen Ulibarri for the past 16 years in a very family oriented office. My work experience has been satisfying because we treat our clients with the utmost respect which results in careful attention to every detail of their case. It is most satisfying when through our office’s effort, the client receives benefits they are entitled to receive whether it is a doctor’s appointment, medicine or financial benefits. That’s what truly makes my job rewarding. Our office is constantly striving to stay on the cutting edge of the ever-changing work comp laws. This enables us to better serve our clients, maximizing the full extent of the value of their benefits.
Carmen is my eldest daughter and I am so very proud of her. I love helping out at the office however and wherever I can.
